Hesperidin

Hesperidin is a flavanone found in citrus fruits. Hesperidin is abundantly found in the peel of citrus fruits, and possesses a variety of biological capabilities that include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions. Hesperidin is often used as a dietary supplement (alone or in combination of other citrus bioflavonoids such as diosmin) to help with blood vessel conditions such as haemorrhoids, varicose veins, and poor blood circulation (venous stasis).
