The Malaysian Dietary Supplement Association was formed by a small group of concerned dietary supplement
companies to discuss the issues faced by the industry during the Pan-Pharmaceutical era. We have since
taken stride and are now playing a role as an important health player in the industry.

MADSA’s main objectives are to promote and protect the dietary supplement industry for the interest of its
members; and to provide a common platform for members to address issues that affect the industry such as
registration of dietary supplement and advertising issues. We are affiliated to the International Alliance of
Dietary Supplement Association (IADSA) and a member to the newly formed ASEAN Alliance of Health
Supplement Association (AAHSA).
