Pantothenic Acid or otherwise known as Vitamin B5 is a water-soluble B vitamin. Pantothenic Acid is an essential nutrient. It is required to synthesize coenzyme A (CoA) which is necessary for fatty acid metabolism and, generally, to synthesise and metabolise proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in the human body.
